We want you to love your new pennants, flags, and banners as much as we do. If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

Pack and Ship

Carefully roll your pennant or flag to avoid creasing and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our workshop receives and inspects the item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
