What is your standard shipping timeframe?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders and made-to-order items may take 2-4 weeks for production before they are dispatched.
How should I hang my pennant or banner?
We recommend using decorative tacks, framing, or simple command strips. For larger banners, our built-in metal grommets allow for easy hanging on any wall surface.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all standard, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made products are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Can I iron my felt pennant if it arrives wrinkled?
Yes, you can use a steam iron on a low wool setting. We recommend placing a thin cotton cloth between the iron and the felt to protect the screen-printed design.
